1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or browsing WearAlmanac ("the Platform," "we," or "us"), or utilizing our AI Stylist and capsule directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you should discontinue use immediately.

2. Editorial & Intellectual Property

All editorial copy, proprietary five-formula outfit layouts, styling matrices, color harmonization palettes, and original design compositions hosted on WearAlmanac are the exclusive intellectual property of WearAlmanac.

You may share individual lookbook links for personal, non-commercial inspiration. Automated harvesting, mass scraping, training of commercial external models, or unauthorized reproduction of our archives without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of the AI Stylist Atelier

Our AI Stylist provides intelligent wardrobe synthesis for personal inspiration. Users receive five complimentary bespoke generations per day upon signing in:

• You agree not to bypass rate limiters, reverse engineer, or submit malicious payloads to the generation endpoints.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in automated scripting or abusive query behavior.

4. Merchant Relationships & Pricing Disclaimer

WearAlmanac is an independent editorial curator and participant in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates program.

We do not sell physical garments directly. Transactions initiated via "Check Price" links take place entirely on external merchant platforms (such as Amazon.com).

Merchants maintain sole responsibility for order processing, sizing accuracy, fulfillment, warranty claims, returns, and live price fluctuations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our styling directives and fabric recommendations are provided "as is" for sartorial guidance. While our curators test combinations thoroughly, individual body proportions, climate factors, and personal preferences will vary.
